Born in Israel, Noy is a Certified Public Accountant licensed with The ICPAI and holds a BA in Accounting & Economics and an MBA specializing in Financial Systems Management, both from Tel- Aviv University.
Prior to joining MSA, Noy initiated and served as the senior investment manager of TreCapital, a hedge fund investing in U.S. REITs and as a portfolio manager at Mabat-Up Group, overseeing and managing a portfolio of over 1 billion ILS. Formerly worked for EY, providing accounting and due diligence services for a large variety of companies.
Noy Specializes in private equity investments, venture investing, capital markets, and real estate.
Including valuation, data-analysis, forecasting, overseeing accounting, budgeting and performing
complex analytical processes.
Uriel Zilberman

Born in Israel in 1986, Uriel is a Certified Investment Manager licensed with the Israel Securities Authority and holds a BA degree in Economics from Haifa University and MBA degree in Business Management from Tel Aviv University.
Prior to joining MSA, Uriel held senior investment manager positions at the most leading pension and mutual fund companies in Israel.
Since joining MSA, Uriel serves as an analyst specializing in Fixed Income and Equities investments. A Portfolio Manager with experience at institutional investment companies, Uriel has a background in
investment analysis and client portfolio management. Uriel was responsible for many different funds investing in domestic and non-domestic assets, with assets under management of billions of shekels.
