For over two decades, he has helped humans and businesses become stronger on the inside for long-term fulfilling lives and sustainable business success. He has worked with diverse businesses, executives, athletes and humans to translate existing knowledge into concrete results for his clients.
He has accomplished this with custom developed systems and programs. Antonio has developed a holistic optimization system for companies that immediately identifies blind spots and can be used to systematically develop companies.
In addition, Antonio has developed a holistic coaching program for people who want to make more out of their lives. It supports them to recognize their true self and to steer their life in the desired direction. No matter what the external circumstances are.
Antonio has a business and sports background. He has deep knowledge of operations and is a shrewd strategist. Therefore he is the ideal sparring partner for entrepreneurs, business leaders, executives and board members and all humans who want to get more out of their lives.
He worked as a management consultant for several years. During this time he worked in international project teams with companies such as McKinsey, Accenture, PwC, KPMG and Capgemini. During this time he had deep insight into the functioning of diverse companies and into different markets.
Prior to that, he spent 18 years in manufacturing in various management roles. Here he acquired in-depth operational knowledge as well as leadership skills. Antonio completed an apprenticeship as a precision mechanic with EFZ as his basic training.
His knowledge and experience in sports comes from his time as a football coach. After his active time in the amateur sector, Antonio was a part-time coach for 5 years in junior top-level football and 6 years in amateur football.
Antonio Forni has made it his mission to help as many managers and employees of owner-managed SMEs / family businesses, entrepreneurs, athletes and humans as possible to become real leaders, high achievers and strong personalities every day. He calls this becoming “Winning Forces.”
