CrossFit Golden’s strength and conditioning facility offers a wide variety of group personal training programs/classes and services to help you achieve your health, fitness, and athletic goals.

In addition to CrossFit, we offer Strength programs, One-On-One personal training, yoga, all day open gym access and a nationally recognized Olympic weightlifting program.

As one of the oldest, largest, and longest continually operated CrossFit facilities in the state of Colorado our passionate and knowledgeable coaching staff will strive to help you reach any goal, both inside and outside the gym.

You would have a hard time finding a cleaner, better spec’d facility in Colorado. If you’re into CrossFit, you’ll find friendly coaching and great programming. If you’re into lifting, you’ll find a STOCKED open gym area with all the accessories. Constant upgrades and maintenance every month are the norm. Great social calendar with events outside the gym.
