Serenity by the Lake

While AA’s traditions do not request or seek membership dues or fees, Serenity is a 501C3 (non-profit) corporation and is set up a little differently.  Serenity is responsible for  maintaining the clubhouse which includes rent, insurance, utilities, etc.  It also provides things like “chips”, coffee, paper products cleaning and other supplies.  Serenity has a Board of Directors which is elected and/or appointed from its general membership.   The directors are volunteers.

Membership is a small  but very important way to contribute to Serenity.  The cost is $10 per month.  Please consider becoming a Serenity member.  It is a great way to support the club through financial and service contributions.  We hope to be able to offer PayPal through this website shortly.  Voluntary one time donations are needed and welcomed as well. 

All membership dues and donations (cash and goods), as well as mileage are tax deductible.  Envelopes for membership dues are on the telephone table.  Fill out the information and place the envelope in the basket when it is passed during the meeting.
