Marina has six years of experience in real estate investment with a focus on transactions,  asset management, and due diligence. She started her career as a Lawyer in Russia. In 2015 she moved to Berlin and became Legal Adviser in PIA Germany GmbH where she was responsible for Real Estate projects.

Marina holds a degree in Law and Audit from the Russian State University of Immanuel Kant, a Diploma of Bankruptcy Trustee from Ministry of Justice of Russia and MBA in Wealth Management from the International University in Monaco. She speaks fluent Russian, English, and basic knowledge in Italian.

Deep knowledge of the German real estate market and access to expertise and infrastructure of European partners makes Marina’s work efficient and transparent for investors. With a background in law and over seven years of experience in working with international and Russian companies, She has proven strong ability to navigate through extraordinary challenges.

Mazen is currently the Associate Director of International Technical development at PIA Germany GmbH, he started his career in 1989 as an Architect at several architectural offices in Germany.

1997 Mazen became a Project Manager at Deutsche Telekom Immobilien GmbH, in 2000 he worked as a Project Manager and Regional Director at Tercon Immobilien Projektentwicklungs-GmbH. 2006 he moved to the Middle East and became Managing Director of Tercon Immobilien Projektentwicklungs GmbH/Middle East where he was responsible for project development and regional planning. In 2016 back in Germany he started as Head of Technical Development Rhein/Main and Prokurist at IC-Campus GmbH.

 Mazen holds a Foundation study degree in Wirtschaft Informatik and MS in Architecture and Urban Planning from Technical University Darmstadt in Germany and a Diploma of Corporate Real Estate Management from the European Business School in Wiesbaden, Germany.

He speaks fluent Arabic, German, French, English and basic knowledge in Greek, which facilitates his proficiency in negotiation and in the initiation of solutions to all unforeseen problems.

His profound academic expertise coupled with his experience in realizing various (in terms of both size and use) construction projects from the initial idea to completion and in most disciplines (competition, planning, calculation, execution, project development, and management) in the international context, make him a unique specialist around the property. 

Christian is the accountant of the group. He is a  trained industrial business administrator and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Applied Sciences for Engineering and Economics in Berlin. Before he joined the team, he gained extensive practical tax and accounting related experience, spanning various classes of businesses.

Anika has recently joined the team as a proactive, resourceful Office Manager who not only has substantial administrative experience, but also possesses a competitive spirit along with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and maximize opportunities. She is continuously improving procedures and outcomes by constantly evaluating the work being undertaken and looking or ways to make things more efficient.

Jakub is a hardworking Junior Project Manager who is constantly expanding his experience in the field of real estate development and asset management. He completes tasks to his full satisfaction and solves problems efficiently.

He graduated with honours from Strathclyde University in Glasgow with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and RIBA Part 1 Accreditation.

After working in architectural offices in both Germany and Poland, Jakub decided to specialise in the field of Project Management and gained his first experience on big international projects.

Jakub speaks fluent Polish and English and advanced German.
