If you are a former client:

Regarding accounts that have migrated to SAXO BANK Switzerland:

On 1 April 2021, STRATEO transferred the majority of its clients to SAXO BANK Switzerland. If you became a client of SAXO BANK Switzerland and your request is for the period after 1 April 2021, we kindly ask you to contact SAXO BANK Client Services

If your request is for the period before 1 April 2021, please send an e-mail to strateo@gpfiduciaire.ch or a letter to: Strateo c/o GP Fiduciaire SA, Route de Frontenex 86 bis, Case Postale 6364, CH-1211 Geneva 6.

We will not be able to process your request if you send it to any other address.

Concerning closed accounts that have not migrated:

If your account has not migrated, please send an e-mail to strateo@gpfiduciaire.ch or a letter to: Strateo c/o GP Fiduciaire SA, Route de Frontenex 86 bis, Case Postale 6364, CH-1211 Geneva 6.
