Holistic Practice Philosophy
In my practice I bring Nurturing Touch and Support to provide an opportunity for clients to experience Sukha(Ease; Bliss; Peace; Joy).
My touch is gentle and thoughtful, yet effective.
When the mind and body feel safe, seen and grounded, it can then fully relax. And in that relaxation the body can unwind tension with little to no effort but maybe a deep exhale breath.
I believe we all need to be heard and listened to. To be supported and provide support to our sisters and brothers. This can be achieved in so many ways.
You'll find this support in my space with thoughtful touch and listening in to the clients words and their bodies. Within this listening, I follow the body's rhythm(cranial wave) and provide guidance to unwind tension so it can find steady balance and ground to stand on.
My intention with every client that walks in and out my door is that they leave feeling grounded, balanced, aligned and centered.
For when we come from this place within ourselves is when we do our best work!
With an open heart, I open my doors to provide you with that space.

Treatments begin with a cleasing caster oil pack and abdominal massage to detox the abdominal region of any congestion.
Attunement Energy Work is given to balance and jumpstart the Endocrine System and Craniosacral Therapy is provided to balance the physical body and all the intricate webs it weaves.(nervous system, organs, hormones, pelvis/muscles/joints)
Shiatsu Massage and Reflexology zone treatments are applied to endocrine and organ specific areas to assist in balancing the body to clear and create a beautiful space to house your baby.
Note: Massage includes a take home Caster Oil Pack
Castor Oil Packs are a wonderful holistic approach to shrinking uterine fibroids, aiding in endometriosis treatments, clearing constipation or bowl disfunction's with its lymphatic cleansing properties.

Attunement is a non-invasive therapy incorporating non-touch and occasional light touch that balances the physiologic and energetic functions of the body.
