If you have a complete registration standard event implemented on your website, this metric counts when the Meta Pixel or Conversions API tracks that event, attributed to your ads.

Events may be counted differently based on the attribution setting that has been selected. In some cases where complete registration events cannot be counted directly due to partial or missing data, statistical modeling may be used to account for some events.
