Corey Sullivan is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and producer. As an Associate Artist and original member of Theater Mitu, he works as a dramaturg, filmmaker, projection designer, performer, visual artist, writer, and director. Notable presentations with Theater Mitu include: Brooklyn Academy of Music (Brooklyn, NY); New York Theatre Workshop (New York, NY); Mass MoCA (North Adams, MA); Contemporary Arts Center (New Orleans, LA); Los Angeles Theatre Centre (Los Angeles, CA); Manarat Al Saadiyat (Abu Dhabi, UAE); MESS Festival (Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina); Cairo Opera House (Cairo, Egypt); Teatro La Memoria (Santiago, Chile); and Kontakt International Theater Festival (Toruń, Poland). He has also presented work at The Public Theater, American Repertory Theater, 59E59, Vineyard Theater, Living Theater, Beckett Theater, Williamstown Festival, Powerhouse Theater, Galapagos Art Space, Moscow Art Theater, and EYEBEAM, among others.
Corey has taught courses in performance, film, art history, and interdisciplinary humanities at NYU Tisch Drama, NYU Grad Film, NYU Abu Dhabi, NYU Shanghai, and Harvard University. He holds degrees from Bard College and Harvard University.
