Currently, I am researching technical topics in the field of software development and AI. I am testing various AI assistants
and also the possibility of working with an AI model that can learn the codebase of a software and a product, so that one can
expand and complete the coder by input. Thus, the focus is not only on the function of the AI assistant to create new code,
but also on adding new code and functions to existing software. In what form does the role of the developer, the team, and productivity change in the near future?
From October 2021 to December 2023, I was employed at Planzer Transport AG as the Team Leader for Software Engineering in the Planzer Transport System (IBM).
For years I worked as teamleader software engineering, as software engineer and web project manager.
My professional experience in the field of software engineering and realisation of web projects
extends over 18 years.
Software engineering means learning is a every day process, together with
successful teams, convinced customers and partner companies, and of course: interesting,
challenging projects and issues to solve and working with professional people.
Working software projects in teams and business context means respectfull, trustfull
dealing with each other, without competitive thinking, more helping each other, teaming up for
reaching successfull goals and business values.
I am also responsible for the integration of a new company voip telephony system. Integration of slack as collaboration
software and implementation of employee mobility in the course of home office requirements, including system migrations
from Windows to ubuntu Linux applications. Migration from IT infrastructure to cloud services where it makes sense.
