Our Winter & Summer Season Jobs

Benefits

Excellent Salary

All employees will receive what we would say is an industry leading, competitive salary! This will be paid in euros and enable you to gain valuable experience and maximise the benefits of your season!

Accomodation

As part of your employment package you will be provided with accommodation at no cost to you. This will either be shared with other Workaseason employees working in the same resort or separate depending on the role.

Travel

As part of your employment package you will be provided with either a travel allowance or we will arrange travel for you.

Employee Discount

Friends and family will be entitled to discount on Inghams holidays and Santas Lapland holidays, so they can come out and visit

Eligibility

For all our seasonal jobs

All applicants must be 18+ at the time the season starts. The exact start dates can vary slightly depending on the specific role, however for Lapland this is generally the beginning of November and for our ski roles, generally you will start at the end of November.


Ski season jobs

For many of our ski roles, you are required to hold either a EU passport (this no longer includes the UK), residency in the country you wish to work in, or an appropriate visa allowing you to work in the EU. For roles available to UK passport holders, successful applicants will be supported through the required visa process. Please check the individual role summaries for the associated right to work requirements. 


Lapland season jobs

We can accept applications from UK and EU passport holders. Please note if you are applying with a UK passport you will be required to have the appropriate number of Schengen days available for the duration of the Lapland season. For the Finland 7 night representative roles you are required to have an EU passport or right to work in Finland.
