Yoga Tree's alignment-centered hatha yoga classes enable students of all ages and levels to develop a growing yoga practice that supports a healthy body for a lifetime.
Based on step-by-step progressions and intelligent use of the body, our approach achieves results while allowing students to learn at their own pace.

Yoga Tree offers our own teacher-training program in English and Japanese as well as special courses with such internationally recognized teachers. We also offer special classes in movement and fitness with former U.S. national gymnastics team member Jon Omori.
