Alapods is a capsule technology company that refers to Dr. Dipl. Ing. ETH Giovanni Alberti.

We pioneered the compatible capsule field by developing the Nexpod capsule solution, which was the first Nespresso compatible solution on the market in 2009, and the first full compatible Nespresso capsule on the Swiss market in 2009-2010.

Today the Nespresso compatible capsules developed with our technology and know how have been produced and sold over more than 300 million times. Our solution has been copied by many competitors.

In 2013 Ing. G. Alberti founded ALApods, in order to satisfy better the needs of the various customers around the world. We started to supply customers with injection moulded Nespresso compatible capsules in 2013.
