This property is a truly magical place and nature lovers paradise. Everything from the entry way to the beach i was amazed at every sight. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this resort for a week and it was horrible! The staff had a horrible attitude and were extremely rude. The food was terrible especially the room service food. I mean your in mexico why would anyone want a cheeseburger and hotdog. Not to mention the French fries were as hard as a rock. Let me not get started with ordering or asking anything from the concierge. I had to call a couple of times due to the phone and bathtub not working. They would cut me short and hang up the phone. The drinks were nasty with cheap alcohol. They add a lot of food coloring to the drinks which make them taste really bad. The room was outdated and the couch was broken. We had a swim up pool which was the only highlight of the hotel. They are missing a lot in this resort. It was very boring with not much to do. I didn’t get the feel I was in Mexico at all. It’s mostly for retired older people. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it or come back to this place. 0/10

very loud due to drunk people having parties at all hours. no enforcement of no smoking rules. noisy rooms even with all windows and doors closed no "business center" with access to computers or possibility to quick charge a device.

Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Resort is modern and clean. Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Buffet was excellent and one of the better ones I've been too for an all-inclusive. Tried the rodeo grill which served a pretty decent rib eye. The hibachi was also good. The pools were also decent size and full of entertainment. Overall, great trip and would definitely consider coming back!

Our stay was wonderful, we were in paradise, it was sunny, warm and relaxing. I loved the modern decor, particularly the lobby and main bar. There needs to be more loungers around the pool. More beach palapas for shade. Cleaning around the resort earlier in the day. The overall cleanliness and disrepair was the worst part. The laminate of the room closets were in terrible shape. The pillows were very lumpy. The staff were lovely and helpful. I fully understand you have no control over the seaweed and rocks, it is unfortunate that the beach is not better. I did pay for two rooms in the premium are, requested one room to have two beds and did not get that. Disappointing considering I was purchasing 2 rooms. The concierge were great as were the front bellmen. The transport to the other resort was very convenient. It was too bad we needed to book 2 days in advance to eat at the restaurants at the sister resort. I did like that the cabana’s around the pool were free, but as they are not in great shape, I would not expect to be charged for them. I prefer a resort that has towel service at the pools. A mid day refresh of a wet towel would be nice. Overall a decent experience, not high end at all but it was a great vacation.
