Lead of the research team of 3 technicians an 3 physicists. Apply for subsidized Research Projects (CTI). Development of new Module desings and concepts. Reliability testing of PV-Modules. Development of new process technologies to reduce the Module cost and improving the lifetime.

I led project's from conception to implementation. This resulted in the proven function sample for completing the new PV-module production process, which is about 6 times faster than the currently existing processes. Certified Modules have been successfully produced. The project led to an important patent of the process for 3S Swiss Solar Systems.

Worked in team to start up the after sales services for the laminating lines. Installation, trouble shooting, hot line, case management and customer training on site (CHINA, PHILIPPINES, TURKEY, INDIA, GERMANY, SPAIN, FRANCE, ITALY, SWEDEN, USA)

Leading the assembly team of 5 technicians, assembling of laminating lines, module testers & stringing tables.

In 2003 I started in a technical team of 4 people as a polytechnician. Part of my work was the manufacturing of parts for laminators, assembling laminators, setting up test units, supporting the PV-Module production and purchasing materials for the machines.
