PRELIMINARY NUMBERS
We work closely with several of the best architecture firms in town and in most cases, we can help provide you with a project plan and budget after a quick 30-minute meeting.
PROJECT SIZE
We regularly complete projects ranging from $20,000 to $5,000,000 and everything in between. We can handle projects up to $10,000,000 but projects in the $100,000 to $1,000,000 range seem to be our sweet spot where we provide unbeatable pricing and value for our clients.
BUILDING OPPORTUNITY
We build offices, warehouses, fitness studios, restaurants, daycares, retail, storage facilities, health care facilities, multi-family structures, etc. Essentially, if it’s a non-residential project we would love to build it for you.
