Governor Matt Mead of Wyoming is joined by members of the military community and sponsoring state legislators as he signs the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children into law. Wyoming becomes the 41st state since 2008 to join the Compact to aid military children in their frequent moves from state to state - a high priority for the military community and the Department of Defense.
