About My Practice

I am a commercial, international and corporate transactional lawyer and advisor operating within an intellectual property law firm. With over forty years’ experience in both law firms and corporate general counsel’s offices, I counsel and represent clients in international and domestic joint ventures, technology transfers, licenses, M&A transactions, and dispute resolution. I work on a wide range of contractual relationships, including vendor and sourcing contracts, distribution arrangements, software and technology licenses, acquisitions and financing agreements.
