Worst land lord ever , I guess I was scammed in a bad situation and she knew it. Was in a situation cause of COVID so had to find a place . Payed the full year up front and double security deposit . Great rental history and credit score . Just a single mom who had to find a place so my son wouldn't be homeless . Literally less then a month living there issues started . The pipes were constantly leaking damaging my stuff her response take it up with renters insurance. Every month it was something else dishwasher broken , microwave broken . Went months with out a microwave. I had to pay out of pocket for a service that I never received the money back for . She put it on the move out sheet and made sure to take my full deposit and even sent me a letter asking for more money . I left items in home for the next renter . She very passive aggressive. I had to sell my washer and dryer so she asked for it . Kinda knew she would screw me over cause her words u sold the washer and dryer .. yes I did . That made her upset . She let me know 3 days before the renewal that she was raising the rent . Her maintenance guy is her crooked husband . He even damage something so it look like my fault . I had a nest put in and when I mentioned taking it her husband bob or maintenance guy made a threat saying it would suck if it broke .. I moved out to make a better life for me and my son . Moved out of state so I could provide him a life he deserved. Since she's a realtor she knew I bought my home so she made up charges that were not even my fault . Worst land lord and overall worst person to ever have to deal with . I'm 100% sure If we went to court I would win , but she knew o move to Texas and it cost more to fight here .

Just don't try to rent from her. She never gave me any of my deposit back and would not provide any receipts for charges to prove where the $2k deposit went? All I wanted was proof that it was spent on everything she spent it on and I received nothing and lost all money with no further correspondence.

I rented a room from Ronit and I must say she's an amazing person. She is professional, caring, and a person to whom I'm more than glad to make business with.

If you're looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend her.

I absolutely enjoyed leasing the guesthouse property from Ronit. She was very cooperative and always attended to requests right away and thoroughly. I love that she takes pride in her property. Roni invests great care in maintaining the studio as well as a good renter relationship. I highly recommend her services and am very happy for the tenant who moved in after me. Roni is caring and fair and I had no problems getting back my security deposit. Two thumbs up!

Ronit Bendavid was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her knowledge and vast experience with property in the San Fernando Valley, exceeded our expectations. She is honest, professional and always made herself available to us. Ronit simply offered boundless time to answer and address all of our concerns throughout the entire process.

I've done a lot of business with this woman she's professional knowledgeable and kind hearted I see the way she takes care of people when it comes to doing transactions in real estate and I would use this woman full heartedly for any service I needed. She's amazing

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not rent from this woman. I lived in a room in her house for a year and it was a terrible mistake. She pretends to be all sweet and nice then goes and takes all your money without any relevant proof. I lived in a 300 sq. ft. room with no kitchen and she tried to charge me almost $1,000 in "extra" utilities when I tried to move out -- mind you these "utilities" for my room were charges from 6 months ago that she just was "too busy" to "calculate" beforehand so she threw them all on me 3 days before I was moving out. Also important to note utilities were supposed to be included in my rent unless "over average" which had no specified number which she used to her advantage of course. In any case, she has NO idea what she is doing or talking about in general, her calculations were completely made up and overall she will use any opportunity to take advantage and take your money. I ended up getting half of my $1,400 deposit back when I left the room in absolute perfect condition. Do not trust Ronit and do not rent from her unless you want to be scammed.

From finding prime real estate for my family to even getting a rental Ronit has always exceeded my needs! it's not every day that you find somebody willing to give 100% to there clients and that's why I'll always stay loyal to Ronit.
I highly recommend Ronit to anyone who needs a real estate agent!!!

we couldn't wish for a better experience selling and buying with Ronit. She represented us with utmost care, excellent service and took care of our interest every minute. it was a complicated, long transaction and required to accommodate the contingency we put on our sale, conditioned to closing the purchase when it was a short sale with many liens, including tax liens, half of the owner/seller's family are in the Real Estate and there were many opinions when we are only a buyer with 4 kids. This was only possible as Ronit was "fighting" for us, was patient and determined to get the best for us. We got a great deal on our purchase and she sold our house for incredible good price. We highly recommend her for any Real Estate you may need and will always use her in future.

Words can't even begin to describe what a horrible experience I had having to work with Ronit. I was a buyer and she was seller's agent. In my opinion she was rude and unprofessional and not flexible at all. She did not tender disclosures timely, initially advertised the wrong square footage of the home (which I relied upon when making an above asking price offer) and didn't disclose the seller was a real estate agent until approximately mid transaction. She also potentially had a family member with a financial interest in the transaction and did not disclose the matter. This has not been verified.She also used a unlicensed plumber to conduct repairs to the sewer which had to be fixed to the tune of $2,000.00. She represented that she fixed a water leak but simply turned off the water to the valve to hide the leak. Her unlicensed contractors did a poor job and used cheap parts. She claimed the appliances were new but the stove was clearly not and she concealed the fact that there was damage to the stove exterior. Anything to save a buck at the expense of the buyer. She also left her listing sign on my property for two weeks after escrow closed despite repeated requests that she remove it. Warn your agent to avoid transactions with Ronit and unless you want to be sued don't use her as a listing agent. This review consists of my opinions per my observations in a transaction that has since closed effective January 26, 2016.
