Cottage 21 is a 1950's timber mill cottage located in the picturesque town of Pemberton, in the Southern Forests region of Western Australia. This family friendly, self catering cottage can sleep up to six guests, and overlooks a beautiful nature reserve.
FACILITIES
ENTERTAINMENT
Cottage 21 is equipped with a television and DVD/VCR player, as well as a selection of movies and boardgames to keep you entertained during your stay.
A top loader washer and a tumble dryer are located within the property for your personal use throughout your stay. However please be advised that laundry detergent is not provided
LAUNDRY
BBQ/OUTDOOR AREA
The undercover outdoor patio area is equipped with a gas barbecue and outdoor setting for you to enjoy a night in with friends or family.
LINEN
Linen is provided during your stay at Cottage 21, and includes towels, bedding and extra blankets for those cold nights.
KITCHEN
Cottage 21 features a self contained kitchen with gas oven/stove, toaster and kettle. A range of kitchen utensils and cookware is also available.
HEATING/COOLING
A reverse cycle air conditioner and a log fire can be found within the cottage to keep you cool in the summer and cosy in the winter

Old Mill cottage that has been kept in great condition, warm, cosy and very homely! Perfect for any country get away, very short MTB ride to some of the best MTB trails in WA. Plenty of room for post ride bike cleaning, beers and BBQ. This place should be high on your list if your thinking of coming to Pemberton for a great MTBing holiday!
