relationships are the turning point
Pinwheel Consulting
Hello and welcome
When an organization develops into a vibrant place of growth, there’s a multiplying effect. Employees, feeling valued and respected, engage more, challenge themselves, and take pride in their endeavors. Work shifts from something to be done, to something that brings satisfaction and meaning. That change reaps many rewards.
I’m a coach who helps individuals and organizations become stronger and better functioning as a result of developing effective and trusting relationships between team members.
I use the PRINT® Survey — an uncannily accurate assessment that uncovers human motivation and behavior — coupled with my expertise in relational intelligence to develop:
a team’s cohesion and performance
expand leaders’ skills
resolve interpersonal conflict
Everything turns on healthy, trusting relationships.
I’m a certified coach for the PRINT® assessment and a team member of RJCG, a consulting group for organizational development.
I am a licensed and practicing couples’ and family therapist, which takes a systems/contextual lens to relationships, assessing for alliances, blocks, and dysfunctional patterns. I’ve used this strategic relational perspective in therapy work for over 10 years, helping hundreds of individuals and couples shift out of limitations into happier lives.
Who?
I apply this same relational focus in a workplace context, helping managers and leaders navigate conflict and build a healthy, flexible culture, that in turn produces a more engaged and higher performing workforce.
Whatever line of work an organization may be in – manufacturing, sales, retail – every business revolves around relationships. Smart leaders work to build trust with their employees because employees in well-functioning organizations demonstrate:
higher commitment
produce better results
have higher morale with far less employee turnover
are more willing to take risks to propel a business to greater success
In those organizations, employees feel invested in, and consequently, they invest themselves.
Relationships are core.
What?
I begin by using the Print® assessment to develop people’s understanding of who they are, what motivates them, and what they need to be in the best selves, and how they behave when they are triggered and slide into shadow behaviors.
This knowledge helps each member of a team take accountability, and helps other team members relate in a more intelligent way.
This differentiated approach drives successful results.
